- Swimmers must be USA Swimming registered
- There is a $10 Fee per swimmer, per drop in
- Our practice times can change depending on where we are in our training cycle, meet schedule, and other factors.
- Sample practice times can be found on our website, however this is subject to change due to our training cycle, meet schedule, and other factors
- Due to the high volume of emails each week asking for detailed information we are often unable to keep up with these requests.
- We will not run private practices or run pre-written workouts from another coach.
- The Island Rec Center Pool does have open rec hours for swimmers to get their own practice
- During the Summer schedule our Senior and Gold Groups travel to practice long course in Savannah (Chatham County Aquatic Center) about an hour drive from the island.
