The Barracuda Swim Club has training sites in both Johnson City and Kingsport, Tennessee. Swimmers are welcome to attend practices at either site location.

The Barracudas swim out of two locations in Johnson City, TN. Freedom Hall Pool (1320 Pactolas Rd) is an indoor, 25 meter pool used throughout the year. The Legion Street Pool (corner of Legion Street and State of Franklin Road) is an outdoor, 50-meter facility that is used only in the summer.

The Barracudas swim at the Kingsport Aquatic Center (1820 Meadowview Parkway), an indoor 50 meter pool with moveable bulkheads. The KAC was opened in May, 2013, and is the most state-of-the-art aquatics facility in northeast Tennessee.
