After trying to embed various spreadsheets and html stuff for you, I was unsuccessful.

So - here is what you need to do to get your Power Ratings. You can also figure out Distance per Stroke and Power per Stroke

Power Rating = (Weight x Distance) / Time
Distance per Stroke (DPS) = 25 / Stroke Count
Power per Stroke (PPS) = Power Rating / Stroke Count

Make that calculation for each of your pulls on the Power Tower.

Example for Pull 1, below:
Power Rating = 25 x 10 / 17.3 = 14.45
Distance per stroke = 25 / 15 = 1.67 meters
Power per stroke = 14.45 / 15 = .96

Stroke Pull Distance Weight Time Stroke Count Power Rating Dist/Stroke Power/Stroke
Pull 1 FLY 25 10 17.3 15 14.45 1.67 0.96
Pull 2 FLY 25 15 21.3 17 17.61 1.47 1.04
Pull 3 FLY 25 23 22.5 19 25.56 1.32 1.35
Pull 4 FLY 25 28 24.7 19 28.34 1.32 1.49
Pull 5 FLY 25 35 26.9 21 32.53 1.19 1.55
Pull 6 FLY 25 34.5 28 23 30.80 1.09 1.34
Pull 7 FLY 25 39 29.5 23 33.05 1.09 1.44
Pull 8 FLY 25 45 31.2 26 36.06 0.96 1.39
