2024 SOutheastern Championship Long Course Time Standards

The 2024 Southeastern Swimming Championship Meet time standards have been released. You can find them HERE and via our website under the For Swimmers tab>Time Standards.

Important note: The time standards for the summer Long Course Championship are different then those used for the spring Short Course Championship! This is different than in the past. There are both Long Course Meter (LCM) and Short Course Yard (SCY) times that you can use to qualify for each meet. However, a swimmer must make one of those times listed on the LCM Meet list to swim in the July Southeastern Championship. See your coach if you need further clarification.
