KPT Site Winter Training

Hello KPT Families,

It’s that time of year.....our annual Winter Training is here! Below you’ll find the full Winter Training schedule. During this period, several of our groups will see an increase in both training time and intensity. This stretch of the season is a crucial window for growth and improvement as we gear up for championship season.

As in previous years, swimmers can earn a free Winter Training t-shirt by attending all of their group’s scheduled practices from December 20 through January 5 (with excused absences on 12/24 and 12/26).

All Swim Pracitces will be held at Sullivan Central Middle School.
