Hello Neptunes Family! Adult Dryland is finally here! Come to one of the drop in sessions with Coach Kelly and see what your kids do twice a week. There will be a $12 drop in class, Monday and Wednesday 3:45-4:30p, at SRJC. We will focus on calisthenics to gain strength and balance. Each January, Pacific Swimming takes up to 32 swimmers to the Pacific Coast All-Star Meet to compete against teams from Oregon, Pacific Northwest, and Southern California. To be eligible, a swimmer must be between the ages of 11-14 and a current member of Pacific Swimming. The Pacific Swimming's Zone All-Star Meet (ZAM) will be held in Carson City, Nevada, on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Carson City Aquatic Center. ZAM All-Star Teams will travel to Carson City on Saturday, March 2 for team practice/warm-ups at Carson City Aquatic Center on Saturday afternoon. Athletes (except all 8&Un athletes) will spend Saturday night in a hotel in Sparks, Nevada and return home after the meet on Sunday.
