Volunteering

Volunteering is essential for the success of our organization. It is imperative for our membership to contribute service to Steel City Aquatics so that we may continue to offer superior excellence across our programs.

Volunteer Policy

Each registered family (excluding the copper group) is responsible for working 2 sessions for every meet we host.  If you forgo your volunteer commitment, your family account will be charged a volunteer fee of $50 per missed session.  The volunteer requirement is necessary regardless of if your child is physically swimming in the meet.  Anyone can work your assignment, so you are permitted to find a substitute to cover your sessions.  Please communicate with the meet director so he is aware of any substitutes.

Job Sign-ups are located on the  EVENTS  page.
