October 16 and 17,2010 was an amazing weekend of observing some of the best swimmers in the world and Pacific Swimming in different and strange settings. My weekend began with coaching Toby Macabugao at a Senior Meet at Diablo Valley College. Toby swam a 106.00 in his 100 Breast stroke taking of yet another .90 seconds. This was not an age group meet. MCAT swimmers had a very successful and fun meet in Santa Cruz the weekend of September 25-26! There were several swimmers swimming in their first meet as well as experienced ones who attended. Gunderson HS- JR+Meet Three MCAT swimmers signed up for the Jr. + meet at Gunderson High School on October 2,2010. Toby Macabugao, Dennis Wang, and Caitlyn Rodriguez experienced the next level of swimming in our sport, This meet was a qualification meet by the JR Time Standards listed in the Pacific Swim Guide.
