Today, we received news that MCAT has been awarded the honor of being named a Make A Splash Local Partner by the USA Swimming Foundation. This is incredible and exciting news. The rankings for the 2009-2010 SCY season are final and our swimmer, Matt Jones (44)of SVAM secured 2 top ten rankings in the Nation for his age group (40-44). He placed 7th in the USA in the 50 SCY butterfly and ranked 9th in the 100 fly (52.73). The Morgan Hill MAKO Meet ended up providing a pool for some great time drops for MCAT swimmers. The weather was incredible. Swimmers, coaches and families enjoyed the meet. Karlee: She swam to two best times to add to the three she got last weekend. She dropped in her 25 free and 100IM. The one thing she did that made me the most proud......on her 2nd event, 8 of the 10 girls got up on the first whistle. Karlee didn't. She knew she wasn't supposed to, so she didn't.
