Psych Sheet posted for 2013 CARIFTA Championships which begin on Saturday KINGSTON, JAMAICA--The organizers of the 2013 CARIFTA Championships have posted a psych sheet for the Swimming portion of the championships, which begins on Saturday in Kingston. The championships feature competitions in Swimming, Open Water, Synchro and Water Polo.
