FINA asks for nominations for qualifiying meets for 2013 World Championships LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND--As a reminder, FINA is currently accepting applications for qualifying meets for the 2013 World Championships. The qualifying window began July 1, 2012 and continues through July 1, 2013. Applications for a meet to be considered must be to FINA by December 31, 2012; and presumably before the meet actually happens. WADA is accepting nominations for positions on 4 committees MONTREAL, CANADA--The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is currently accepting nominations for positions on 4 of its committees for 2013. www.uanawp2012.ca Game #5 VEN 15 TRI 12 Venezuela, after a strong start, had to work real hard to maintain the lead and beat a pesky Trinidad and Tobago team that never stopped playing. The first quarter ended with a comfortable lead for Venezuela 5-0. For the next three quarters Trinidad and Tobago started reducing the lead. Venezuela trio of Velazquez, Moreno and Rojas was too much for Trinidad. All three players had three goals, and most of them came when Trinidad was closing in on the score.
