• Open the saved file and type directly on the lines or in the boxes.
• Once completed email to your primary group coach.
• Check with coach to see if your goal sheet was recieved.
• Discuss your goal sheet with your coach.
• National Meet Time Standards (Sectionals, Futures, Junior Nationals, Nationals)
• 2021-2024 National Age Group Motiviational Time Standards (B, BB, A,...)
