Senior (SR) 9 th Grade & Over
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Kickboards, Fins, Snorkel, Pull Buoy & Hand Paddles
Experienced swimmers committed to high standards in training in terms of attendance and practice intensity
Have time management skills relative to academics and training
Swimmers will practice at a high level 6 days a week for at least 2 hours
Practice will be conducted in both short course yards and long course meters
Coaches will determine when Dryland will be phased in, its frequency and place
Proper stroke mechanics are necessary
High emphasis is placed on intense training, mental preparation and advance race strategy
This group requires a high level of commitment in attendance
Swimmers will compete in league dual swim meets, invitational meets and end of year championship meets
Senior swimmers are expected to compete in USA meets
Swimming in college is an objective of swimmers in this practice group and assistance with the recruiting process is offered to group members

Senior Elite (SE) 9th Grade & Over
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Kickboards, Fins, Snorkel, Pull Buoy & Hand Paddles
This is the top level for Senior swimmers who are preparing for college swimming
Swimmers must have a minimum of 2022 Speedo Sectional time cuts
Swimmers have the opportunity to practice 6 days a week with the possibility of a twice daily workout
Practices will be conducted in both short course yards and long course meters
The group is limited to 32 swimmers
Proper skill development and good training habits are goals of this group
Swimmers can compete in league meets and end of year championship meets
This groups main focus is to compete in high level USA meets
