| Billing Updating credit cards on file
- There are two billing systems for SwimRVA
- For your monthly billing please call our member service team or contact Kim Wiiki to update your card on file
- For meets and events, you can log into team unify and change your card yourself or call our member service team or contact Kim Wiiki to update card
How are you charged for meets and events
- Meet fees are placed on your account up to two weeks prior to the event.
- Fees are placed on your account once we submit payment to host team for that particular meet
- All fees accrued each month will be drafted on the following 1st of the month
- Once you have committed to a meet you are responsible for full payment even if you are unable to swim the meet. These are charges that we have to pay out and are not refunded if you do not swim them.
What are you charged for events
- Splash fees for every event swum (varies for each meet)
- Admin fee for host team $2.50 per swimmer per meet swum
- Admin fee for SwimRVA $10.00 per swimmer per meet swum
When do you pay for meets and events
- Most of the time it is after the event has happened. There are times though that we have to submit payment to the host team, therefore it will be entered onto your account prior to the meet being swum.
Monthly charges and meets and event charges
- Monthly charges are through our internal operating system LINKS
- Will need to contact member service staff or Kim Wiiki to update billing information
- Monthly fees are always charged on the 1st of every month
- Must fill out cancellation form before the 1st of the month you no longer want to attend to stop monthly charges
- Meet fees and events are charged through TeamUnify
- You can go in and see all charges each time you log into TeamUnify
- You can update the card you have on file with teamunify or call our member service team or Kim Wiiki
- All meet/event/apparel fees are charged on the 1st of every month
- You can pay any charges on TeamUnify at any time
