My name is Kayla Ralph and swimming has always been a major part of my life. My older sisters were swimmers and my dad was our coach, so I started competitively swimming at a very young age. I swam on Murray Aquatic Club as well as here at South Davis Aquatic Team, and then continued on to swim for Bountiful High School. I was able to be captain of my high school team my junior and senior year, as well as taught swim lessons at Rise Athletic Club throughout high school. Once I graduated in 2020, I had the incredible opportunity to swim at Southern Virginia University. After my freshman year, I retired from swimming and transferred to Dixie State where I graduated with my bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in music. Swimming has always been my passion, and I’m excited to take what I’ve learned from my swimming career and pass it on to the younger generation.
