Practice is CANCELED on FRIDAYevening due to the Woodberry High School meet. The event will take longer than we originally anticipated, making it too late to conduct practice. We will have Saturday AM practice in Charlottesville at Fairview from 8-10:15 for Pre/Seniors and 10:-11:30 for other Friday/Saturday swimmers. Thanks!

For those swimmers signed up to practice on Friday and Saturday: T his Friday, Nov. 30 Woodberry practice will be held from 6:45 until 8:30 pm ( due to WFS High School meet), and the Fairview Saturday practice will be at 8-10:30 am for Pre/Senior and 10 - 11:30 am for Blue swimmers.

Senior and Blue group swimmers who have signed up for Friday and Saturday workouts will practice at Woodberry in the morning from 8-10:30 am

Hi Everyone as we start to approch the colder part of the seaon we all need to make sure that we are dressed properly when we leave the pool to head home. We know that you all are only going outside to get in warm vehicles, but with the winter championship season is here and we need to make sure we are dressing properly so that we do not get sick. So please from now on when you leave practice have a jacket and some type of pants not shorts....

With the December championship meet coming right around the corner, it is important to get in some races especially for those that have not competed since this summer. We want to be sharp for this upcoming championship meet so please consider coming up tomorrow. If you are interested in coming please text me (434 962-1168) your races and I will confirm that those races still have room.

HealtNutz is open for today and as long as you feel it is safe to come to practice, we will offer practice at the regular practice times today even though the schools are closed.

ok, a bit more information for the Swim and Rock hotel rooms. The link is now inactive but they have extended our deadline until next week.
