This is where you can email coaches and at the bottom of the 'coaches' page you can find a list of the Board of Directors. Since this weekend's meet is at Erb Park, a pool twice the size that many of the Bronze and Silver kids are used to, we are offering two additional practices this week for both groups. Thursday and Friday morning at Erb Park from 8:45-9:30 am the kids can come and conquer their fears of swimming in such a big pool. These practices can also be found on the team calendar as well. As a committee we plan to provide you all with several updates along the way. So, this is first of several to come. First we would like to thank all of you who responded to our survey. We had over 65 families provide us with feedback and that insight continues to be so helpful as we look to framing up our future. Every summer we usually are able to add a few coaches due to College swimmers coming home for the summer. It's something we look forward to and the kids enjoy having college swimmers coach them :-) This summer we have 3 new coaches: Dani Klunk: A junior in college studying chemistry. Swam at Appleton East High School and for the Fox Valley Wave. Swam for the University of Iowa for the past two years and will be swimming at Gustavus Adolphus next year. Next scrip orders will be taken on July 15th with delivery on July 22nd. In August we will have a swim break, so I will place an order on August 12th so you will need to send me or drop off your checks by August 12th for that order. We will arrange pick ups as needed. We just found out a few days ago that Appleton North has decided to close the pool earlier this year but they did help us to find other spots to practice. We have taken the last few days to update the schedule and ask you to PLEASE check the calendar for changes starting next week. June 10-the end of the season is still the same :-) Ruthe Zimmerman
Monday May 20th will be a scrip order day. It is easy. Put your order in online on shopwithscrip.com and send a copy of your order with a check to practice with your child on Monday.
