Head Coach

We're excited to welcome Alec Jeffers as the new Head Coach for the Green Bay YMCA Swim Team to finish out 2025! Alec has been in the water since he was 6, and he's no stranger to our program, he swam for Coach Dave from 2014 to 2018! He also competed for Bay Port High School before continuing his swimming career at UW-Stevens Point for five years, including an additional year of eligibility during the COVID-era. Alec earned a degree in Health Science and Wellness, along with minor in Exercise Performance. 

When we asked Alec why he wanted to become a head coach, he shared this, "I wanted to coach because my father was a coach and I really looked up to him and the swimmers that he developed. I want to make my own mark by helping athletes improve their skill, grow their confidence and have passion for this wonderful sport."

Assistant Coaches

Jenna Hoffman - Jenna assists in coaching the Silver 1, Silver 2, and Gold Teams

Austin Tisch - Austin assists in coaching the Silver 1 and Silver 2, and Gold Teams.

Kristin Tisch - Kristin assists in coaching the Silver 1, Silver 2, and Gold Teams.

Kristin is a local graduate of Pulaski High School and studied Food Science at UW-Madison. Kristen is also a proud GBY Swim Team alumni, having swum for Coach Dave as a breaststroker, was part of the YMCA Swim Team as well. Outside of the pool, she stayed active by playing soccer. When asked what she loves the most about coaching, Kristen shared, "I love sharing my passion for this sport and helping kids achieve their goals and dreams. Watching them take feedback, improve their technique, and gain speed is incredibly rewarding. GBY has always felt like a big family, and it's so nice to be back!"
