Our Titletown Freeze meet is the largest GBY hosted meet. Titletown Freeze takes place over the weekend of January 18th-19th. ALL YMCA TEAMS are welcome to attend! We would loved to see new and old teams at this meet. It is held at a great facility with a fast pool. Comfortable viewing area for spectators. Important Announcements about warm-ups with assignments.
There are No lane assignments for Friday evening. Friday warm-up is 4:30-5:25pm; meet starts at 5:30pm.
For both Saturday and Sunday AM Session we will have one 1/2 hour warm-up session for the AM session from 7:30-7:55am. AM Meet starts at 8:00am
AM Lane assignments for both Saturday & Sunday are as follows:
DCY - 1, FCY - 2, WACY - 3, Sheb - 4, GBY - 5, MTRY - 6, NLY - 7, Open - 8.
Saturday PM Warm-ups Noon-12:30pm GBY - 1,2 & 3, FCY - 4,5&6, OSHY - 7&8.

Hello YMCA Swim Families, The Green Bay Y Swim Team and Parent Group are very excited to bring back our Titletown Freeze Meet on January 20-22, 2023.
Over the last few years GBY has gone through quite a bit of change. Our team is around 40 families with about 60 swimmers. Due to this we must reach out to our visiting teams for help with #1 Officials and #2 Timers.
Our contact for both volunteer Officials and Timers would be: Co-Meet Chair - Kira Budzban, [email protected] 920-360-2532
We would ask any officials (USA or Y) to contact Kira with the sessions that you are able to work the meet. We need both Starter/Referee and Stroke/Turn for all sessions of the meet. We are hoping to have a minimum of four-six on Friday evening, and a minimum of six for all other sessions.
Timers – We are hoping to get some help here too! Please contact Kira Budzban to let her know of the sessions that you could help us with. We can offer timers one of the best seats in the house! Please contact Kira.
Thank you in advance to all of our visiting families and swimmers for attending our 2023 GBY Titletown Freeze. We are proud to offer a YMCA meet to all levels of YMCA swimmers! The Ashwaubenon Community Pool is a beautiful, spacious, and super fast pool! We have some very exciting things planned for the Freeze and all the great volunteers we receive allow us to bring the highest quality swim meet that we can!
Oh by the way, Green Bay HOTELS will be very CHEAP! Our Packers will not host a game that weekend. There is a ton of cool stuff to do in Green Bay and the Packer's Titletown District is right down the street from the pool! Great places to eat and relax! It will be a great weekend for your family in Titletown!

Ashwaubenon Community Pool-2391 S.Ridge Road, Ashwaubenon, WI 54304
Ashwaubenon Community Pool is a beautiful new 8 lane competitive pool with a separate warm-down pool. Plenty of spectator seating and plenty of room for all the swimmers on the pool deck and additional space for swimmers to rest will be available in hallways by lockerooms. It is okay to bring chairs and blankets.

Hotels will be extremely inexpensive due to no home Packer Playoff game! (I predict)
