The State of Wisconsin passed statutes regarding those who participate in organized youth sports programs regarding concussions and sudden cardiac arrest. (Statues are posted below).  These can be very serious health problems.  To help protect our team members there is information regarding these conditions that are posted below.  All parent/swimmers/coaches will need to sign-off on all this information and also understand what will happen if a team member may have a concussion.  Please share all this information with your swimmers.  There are information sheets geared towards parents, swimmers and coaches.
