Due to the early start of the 12&under USA State Meet I am cancelling Friday AM practice tomorrow, February 24.  Coach Dave has to have his rest for the long weekend.

Coach Bill will run a Friday afternoon workout for all Gold Swimmers.  Coach Bill will also run a Saturday AM practice for National Team swimmers at BV from 6-8am.
