Hello Everyone,

Please check both the Lake Country swim team & FCY swim team websites.  They will probably post information before I can post it on Thursday afternoon.

Lake Country already has the session report and Psyche sheet for 400 IM & 400 Free.  These events were limited to the top 32 entries.  (This did not effect us).

FCY will have you print your own heat sheets too.

I would imagine that both meets will have warm-up assignments too.  Please look for those.  And please plan to be early for all warm-up times.

Remember to read over the meet information carefully.

I will be down at the WGLO meet and Coaches Carissa, Bill & Ben will handle the Birdbath.  Please make sure you have all your events, heats & lanes.

Birdbath swimmers plan ahead for the heat and sun.  Water and sunblock!!

There is no practice tomorrow (Happy 4th of July)  and no practice on Friday.  There are Tuesday afternoon practice today and all Thursday practices as scheduled.
