Coach Kris will be running Silver practice tomorrow and Coach Nicole will run Gold practices.  

Coach Kris is unable to stay for dryland tomorrow night at SIlver so SIlver Dryland is cancelled.  

Also there is no Gold Dryland tomorrow night either.
