All Swimmers are encouraged to attend.

• Friday, warm-ups begin at 4:00 pm.
• Saturday, warm-ups begin at 8:30 am for the 12&U Session
• Sunday, warm-ups begin at 7:30 am for the 12&U Session
• Saturday-Sunday 13-14 and Seniors
