Hello GBY Families,

Today there is no practice; we have 2 swim meets and no coaches available. Next Thursday, Thanksgiving Day also there is no practice.

Let me welcome all high school girls returning from their season, and good luck to the boys!

I am very proud to announce to you that I was selected to be ASCA Ambassador for the Wisconsin area. ASCA (America Swim Coach Association) is the largest coaching organization in the world.

This week our team is participating in 2 swim meets WGLO, and OSHY Champs. Let’s Go GBY!

All Girls who are returning please stop at the front desk to register for the swim team prior to coming to practice.

Great News

Our Dryland program is getting better and better! Next Tuesday I will start assessing our team. It is a very important step before we start.

I want to let you all know that this dryland program is the only dryland program designed specifically for swimmers and most advanced in the market today. It is totally focused on injury prevention and supports athletes to get better in the water. I am very excited about it.

Meanwhile, we still doing the workout designed by our YMCA Expert.
