*Swimmers in Sharks may attend Sectionals (locally hosted) if qualified individually if meet minimum attendance and meet requirements. Sectional relay participation requires 85% attendance plus attend at least 2 regular season meets and 1 “developmental”/MNSI championship meet unless approved by coach.

"Travel" (out of LSC hosted) Championship Meets require 80% attendance and above meet requirements

NCSAs or similar requires 90+% attendance and meet above meet requirements

MUST Opt in to invitation and continue to meet above criteria. Move to Sharks/Longfins next month if do not meet attendance for 2 months or next season if do not attend required meets

The Coaching Staff will make all final determinations regarding group assignments.

Masters: Mako Aquatics Masters is a workout group under Minnesota Masters within the Minnesota LMSC, a division of U.S. Masters Swimming. We provide coached workouts, training, and stroke instruction to adult swimmers (18+) of all ability levels. Masters Swimming provides opportunities for lifelong fitness, friendship, and fun. 
 

Schedule
Our program runs year round with practices offered in the evenings at Hudson Middle School. The schedule is subject to change based on pool availability, Hudson High School Swim Practices and Meets, Mako Aquatics Swim Meets and Community Ed. Please refer to the Calendar for the most current schedule.

Workouts will be tailored to the attendees’ speeds and are designed to promote progress both in conditioning and mechanics in a positive learning environment.

College: Intended for swimmers home from college and graduating HS Seniors who wish to do maintainance training during the spring and summer prior to their college season.
