Mako Aquatics Masters (HASA) is a workout group under Minnesota Masters within the Minnesota LMSC, a division of U.S. Masters Swimming. We provide coached workouts, training, and stroke instruction to adult swimmers (18+) of all ability levels. Masters Swimming provides opportunities for lifelong fitness, friendship, and fun. 
 

Schedule
Our program runs year round with practices offered in the evenings at Hudson Middle School. The schedule is subject to change based on pool availability, Hudson High School Swim Practices and Meets, Mako Aquatics Swim Meets and Community Ed. Please refer to the Calendar for the most current schedule.

Workouts will be tailored to the attendees’ speeds and are designed to promote progress both in conditioning and mechanics in a positive learning environment.
