Schroeder has been recognized as a Silver Medal Club in USA Swimming's Club Excellence program for 2023 based on 2022's 18 & Under swimming performances from athletes not yet in college programs. 2022's performance was the second consecutive year earning Silver medal status which place SSTY in the top 100 teams of 2832 member clubs in USA Swimming. 2022 USA National Championship Jack Lustig and Ziyad Saleem raced both flys and backs respectively. Jack raced in the D final in both of his events and Ziyad made the B final in the 200 back. Schroeder defended its home pool well at 13 & Over State this previous weekend! The runner-up finish was the highest finish at 13 & Over in quite some time! Over the weekend, Schroeder's 12&U State swimmers assembled at the WSAC for a dynamite State Championship! Throughout the season we were swimming great and learning a lot, but there was one thing missing: we needed a little more cowbell.
