NATIONAL CERTIFICATION and OFFICIALS QUALIFYING MEETS (OQM)

To officiate at an upcoming CSI based Officials Qualifying meet (OQM), please complete the "Application to Officiate"  online form.

Applications to officiate Zone, Sectional, Futures, Arena Pro Series, Junior Nationals, and Senior Nationals can be found on the USA Swimming web site.  Look to towards the bottom for  Applications to Officiate.  You must be logged in as an official member to see the meets available.
