The summer team bridges the gap between swim lessons and our year-round competitive swimming program. Practices focus on learning and improving the four competitive strokes, starts, turns, and building endurance. In addition we will also offer a high school prep group with the emphasis of giving them the necessary skills to succeed in their high school season. Summer Team Participants will have the opportunity to participate in local area meets throughout the summer.
