HOME East Hartford High School Swim Meet Protocol

When EHHS has a HOME swim meet swimmers and parents CANNOT come onto the pool deck until coaches give the OK.

All swimmers and parents (if you are staying) should report immediately to the stands through the front doors, they will be unlocked for meets.  Swimmers should not come on the pool deck until the coaches have called them down to do so. 

When swimmers are called down from the stands, they should go OUTSIDE into the gated area and wait until the coaches let them onto the pool deck.  DO NOT ENTER THE POOL THROUGH THE LOCKER ROOMS.  

Again, NO SWIMMERS SHOULD ENTER THE LOCKER ROOM AND SWIMMERS SHOULD COME PREPARED TO SWIM.  During girl's season, the boy's locker room is used for the female swimmers.  During boy's season, the girl's locker room is used for male athletes.
