Registration will be opening shortly for our Spring Clinic! Our clinic runs from April 28- May 23, 2025.

Our clinic is designed to prepare swimmers for the upcoming summer competitive swim season. We focus on improving swimmers technique in all four stokes as well as starts and turns. Our pre-season leads right into our summer swim season that begins in the end of May. 

Swimmers must meet the pre-requisites in order to participate in pre-season. 

New Swimmers must meet the pre-requisites in order to participate in pre-season and/or Summer Team. New swimmers should plan to register and attend the swim evaluation (no cost). Swimmers that register for this evaluation will attend practice with other evaluation swimmers on April 22nd, 23rd and 25th. Ages 6-10 will attend from 5-5:45pm on theses days and swimmers ages 11 & older will attend from 6-7pm on those days. Swimmers must attend all 3 practices.  Coaching staff will let you know if your swimmer is or is not ready to continue on with evaluation.

If your swimmer meets the prerequisites and attends the 3 practices listed above, then they will be invited to attend the first week of team ( week of April 28th) for final evaluation. If they are slected to attend the week of April 28th, they attend practice with current members of the team at the practice times/days listed below. Coaching staff will let you know prior to the end of the week if your swimmer is ready to continue on with pre-season and/or Summer swim team. More information regarding team will also be given at this time.

Returning swimmers do not need to be evaluated and  may simply register in their current color group. All practices take place at the Willow Grove YMCA.

Spring Clinic practice times are as follows:

Preteam: Mon, Wed Fri  5p-6p

L1- Purple group ( 8 & u): Tues, Thurs, Fri  5-5:45pm

L2 - Red group (9-10): Tues 5:45-7pm, Wed & Fri 6-7pm

L3 - Blue group (11-12): Mon & Thurs 5:45-7pm, Tues & Fri 7-8:30pm

L4 - Yellow ( 13-14), L5 - Green (Open) groups: Mon- Fri 7-8:30pm
