During the summer season, we compete in the Lower Bucks Swim League. This year, our summer season  begins May 27th and wraps up with League Champs at the end of July/early August. We will participate in dual meets in late June and July. All of our dual meets are against non YMCA summer league teams and take place on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings. Our home pool for summer meets is the Abington High School Pool in Abington, Pa.

During the summer season, our practices remain in the evening on the same time schedule as spring clinic and at the Willow Grove YMCA until June 20th. On June 23rd, our practices will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at the Willow Grove Y pool until the end of summer team ( end of July).

Swimmers are required to attend all meets ( home and away). Meets will begin in the end of June.  All Swimmers must commit and will be held to a 2 practice per week minimum and meet attendance in order to participate in team.

Swimmers must meet the pre-requisites in order to participate in summer team. New swimmers should plan to register and attend the free 2 week swim evaluation held in April. Swimmers will be evaluated by coaching staff during this time. During the 2 week evaluation, the coaching staff will inform you if your swimmer is ready to continue on with summer team. If they are ready to continue on, then your swimmers must become a full privilege member of the Y and will be charged the full price of summer team. Swimmers attending the evaluation must attend a minimum of 2 of the 3 practices per week. If your swimmer misses the April evaluation, please contact the Head Coach through this site to discuss arrangements for your swimmer to be evlauated.

Returning swimmers do not need to be evaluated and  may simply register in their current color group. All practices take place at the Willow Grove YMCA

L3 - Blue group (11-12): Mon & Thurs 5:45-7pm, Tues & Fri 7-8:30pm

L4 - Yellow ( 13-14), L5 - Green (Open) groups: Mon - Fri 7-8:30pm
