Charger Aquatics offers private swim lesson to MEMBERS ONLY who are interested in additional individualized instruction. These sessions are a great way to enhance and master a specific skill. Private attention can accelerate improvement with a one-on-one focus.
Private lessons are scheduled directly with the swimmer's current coach; times and dates will be determined based on the availability of both the coach and swimmer. If a swimmer wishes to have lessons with a different coach it should first be approved by the current coach.
Due to pool time constraints throughout the school year, most lessons will be conducted during off hours, including Saturday or Sunday, and are limited to weekends when there are no meets. Private lessons may only be conducted in the Albuquerque Academy Natatorium.
Private instruction options include:
Standard Private Lesson: Individual instruction with the coach, who will formulate a plan for continued development of the swimmer.
- 30 minute session - $35.00 OR series of three 30-minute sessions - $95.00
- One Hour Session - $70.00 OR series of three one-hour sessions - $190.00
- Series of twelve 30 minute sessions - $300.00 OR series of twelve one-hour sessions - $600.00
Semi-Private Lesson: Coach instructs 2 to a maximum of 6 swimmers at each one-hour session.
- 2 swimmers @ $60 each
- 3 swimmers @ $50 each
- 4 swimmers @ $40 each
- 5 swimmers @ $35 each
- 6 swimmers @ $30 each
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled private lessons; a $25.00 fee will be charged for no shows and late cancellations. ALL FEES WILL BE BILLED TO YOUR TEAM UNIFY ACCOUNT.
