Calling all Special Olympics athletes and PEAQ senior swimmers!

PEAQ is honored to continue our formal partnership with Special Olympics Pennsylvania in order to bring the South Hills Splash team back for another season. Both athletes and volunteers can REGISTER HERE for the 2023-24 season:

The program is open to any and all Special Olympics athletes (age 7+) who are interested in improving their skills in the water. We ask that PEAQ swimmers that are interested in volunteering for the program be at least in 9th grade. More detailed information will be sent out after you register at the link above.

Detailed information about the South Hills Splash program held at Upper St. Clair high school can be found below and on the following PDF...

If you are a new PEAQ volunteer to the South Hills Splash, you will need to sign up as a Class B volunteer on Special Olympics Pennsylvania's Online Portal. Start with submitting the Volunteer Application Form to create a new account. Please note: all PEAQ swimmers that participated in the program last season do NOT have to complete the SO volunteer application again.
