Practice Schedule
Practice for the winter season will take place at the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. Check the calendar for adjustments due to holidays or special events. We understand kids are in various activities so we can work with your schedule and availability.

Group 1 will attend up to 2 practices per week.
Group 2 is encouraged to 3 - 4 practices per week.
Group 2 Elite is expected to practice 4 - 5 times per week.
