Swim Clinics are designed for club team swimmers or all those looking to improve in a particular area. Clinics are intended as a focussed session to work on specific areas or strokes outside of a traditional practice or lesson.

We held our first Swim Clinics of 2023-2024 the week of October 2nd. Shippensburg University and top Shippensburg High School swimmers provided demonstration and instruction for our club swimmers! Swimmers were able to observe instructors demonstrate each stroke / skill at full speed. We then broke into small groups to focus on individual improvement and technique.
