Swim Clinics are designed for club team swimmers or all those looking to improve in a particular area. Clinics are intended as a focussed session to work on specific areas or strokes outside of a traditional practice or lesson.
We will be holding our second Fall swim clinic September 30, October 1, and October 3. Monday will focus on freestyle and backstroke, Tuesday will be on butterfly and breaststroke, while Thursday will be on starts, turns, and finishes.
Update - The final session on Starts, Turns, and Finishes will now be held Monday October 7.
