Pups 1,2,3 (Year's 3-7 ONLY)

Pups is our first level of true competitive swimming. The name 'Pups' refers to baby sharks, as this squad is for our youngest TigerSharks. This squad, for training differentiation purposes is split into 3 groups for each block of swimming.

The main emphasis of this group is teaching the basic fundamentals of the competitive strokes. This consists of kicking, drills, streamline, and the continued development of the skills necessary for competitive swimming (starts, turns, underwater work). As swimmers progress through each group, they will increase distance and difficulty associated with learning the strokes for competitive swimming.

Pups swimmers are expected to attend 2 sessions per week throughout each block. 

Pups Group Coach: Coach Gae (Pups 1), Coach Mink (Pups 2), Coach Bow (Pups 3)

Practice Days/Times: Mon - Friday 2.30pm-4.30pm; plus an extra session on Saturday's, 08:00 - 09:30.
