Please make sure that you have all of the equipment/clothing required for your swimmer based on his or her swim group. Not all equipment is required for every swimmer so check the chart and reference the swim group that your swimmer is in. If you have any questions, please talk with your coach.  It is recommended that you put your child’s name on each piece of clothing and gear. Swimmers may share equipment, mix up their CAJ wear, or leave things behind; having a name on it is the best way to ensure that stuff finds its way back to you.

The equipment manager will keep a stock of swimsuits, caps and goggles; fins are available on order as requested.  All other equipment is available through Team Aquatic (www.team-aquatic.com).  Swim teams typically receive a 15% discount on all orders so please advise sales staff that you are a CAJ swimmer.  You will be required to show the Shark Card to get the discount.​

1. Goggles are required for all swimmers in all age groups. It is recommended that swimmers keep an extra pair of goggles in their swim bag for practices and meets.
2. CAJ or Blue swimsuits are required for all meets (with the exception of mini meets).  Performance or racing suits are also allowed.
3. CAJ yellow swim caps are required at all swim meets.  It is recommended that swimmers keep an extra swim cap in their swim bag for practices and meets.
4. CAJ keeps an inventory of paddles, kickboards and pull floats that swimmers can use when needed. 

CAJ CLOTHING

The following outlines the requirements for your swimmer based on his or her swim group. 

Intermediate & Advanced (1,2,3):

• Swimmers are expected to show up to all meets in CAJ clothing (jacket, hoodie or t-shirt on top and blue pants on bottom)
• Team shirts or other CAJ apparel is required on deck

Novice (1,2,3)

• Team shirts or other CAJ apparel is required on deck
• CAJ swim cap required for swim meets
• Blue CAJ swim suit required for swim meets

Mini-Jets:

• There are no requirements for mini-jets
