Swimmers focus on stroke technique proficiency, starts and turns, and racing strategy. Swimmers practice 2 or 3 times per week for a total of 3 hours in the pool, from September to mid- June participating in local swim meets.

BLUE

Swimmers focus on strengthing their stroke technique, starts and turns, and racing strategy. Swimmers practice 4 times per week from September to June participating in local and regional swim meets.

SENIOR 2

Swimmers are primarily between the ages of 12-15 years and focus on stroke skill mastery, goal development and racing strategy. Swimmers practice 6 times per week from September to July with a goal to compete at the Regional Championships (Atlantic Cup, David Fry, Ken Dunn).

SENIOR 1

Swimmers aged 13 and up that are striving to succeed at the Regional and National levels. Swimmers train 9 times a week, September to July, including dry land sessions that encompass a number of cross-training and swimming specific exercises to help them reach their full potential.
