My coaching philosophy, being a long-term approach, has always been: "Swim well before you can truly swim Fast”.
Over my coaching career, I have had the privilege of coaching an Olympic medalist, Olympians, Paralympians, Senior and Age Group champions both Nationally and Provincially.
The experiences that I have gained by working with new swimmers and adult swimmers, both able-bodies and impaired athletes, have taught me to become adaptable and creative in my swimming coaching, all while having an approach that empowers athletes and guides them through their own personal journeys.
