Gold, Silver, Bronze & Black Schedule Options

The following are the schedules for the Gold, Silver, Bronze and Black squads.  Please note:

• CRC = Cardel Recreation Centre, 1500 Shea Road, Stittsville
• RRC = Richcraft Recreation Centre, 4101 Innovation Drive, Kanata

All practices are in the pool, with the exception of the practices labelled 'gym'.  Activations are warm-up excercises conducted on the pool deck.  (Question marks will be filled in later in the season.)

Practices at Cardel Recereation Centre begin the week of September 11th, 2023. 

Practices at Richcraft Recreation Centre begin the week of September 18th, 2023.
