Olympic Way Schedule Options

The following are the Olympic Way schedule options.  Upon registration you may choose your preferred schedule, subject to availability.  Please note:

• CRC = Cardel Recreation Centre, 1500 Shea Road, Stittsville

 Activations are warm-up excercises conducted on the pool deck, prior to entering the pool.
