Igniter Schedule Options

The following are the Igniter schedule options.  Upon registration you may choose your preferred schedule, subject to availability.  Please note:

• CRC = Cardel Recreation Centre, 1500 Shea Road, Stittsville
• RRC = Richcraft Recreation Centre, 4101 Innovation Drive, Kanata

All practices are in the pool, with the exception of the practices labelled 'gym'.  Activations are warm-up excercises conducted on the pool deck.
