Our Day 3 surge lead to a Day 4 roller coaster ride! A total back and forth between the top teams the entire evening to finally on the last relay, take the lead. In dramatic fashion another team's relay was Dq'd for a relay infraction and that allowed Hyack to stand pat with the point totals we had gained to that moment. Needless to say a huge day for the team. While always in the mix even sitting back at 6th we did need a big day and our swimmers delivered! Moving to within 45 points of the lead we have gained momentum. Sunday should be a great race to the end. Hyack sits 6th in a tight battle for the overall title with a group of teams all within striking distance of the top. Solid finish for Hyack at AA LC Champ. We had 14 final and 2 alternet position...Swimmers on the podium:Gold for Jakob 400 IM, silver Micah 200 free,Qiqi 400 IM,bronze:Kyra 200 free, Amar 200 back. Zoe 400 IM.Congratulations to all AA's swimmers. We also want to recognize Kyra's performance during the meet,she had 7 events, 5 finals plus relys, 3 AAA's and medals. Excellent job!!!!! Another fantastic day at AA's Champs. 10 finals with 2 first alternates..... Swimmers at the podium are: 2nd place for Kyra 100 Free with another AAA standard also silver for Amar in 100 Free and 100 Fly and Jakob 400 Free. 3rd place for Ethan and Qiqi 100 Fly. An excellent start on 1st day at AA's Champs.We got 13 finals and 2 alternate position. Finalist are Zoe,Victoria T,Nicole,Ethan,Dragos, Amar,Victoria Ch,Qiqi,Jakob and Kyra.2 new AAA qualifiers Kyra 50 Free and 100 Back,Amar 50 Free. Swimmers on the podium: 1st place for Kayra in 50 Free,Qiqi got gold in 200 Fly.
