Adult Program - Ages 18+
The Red Deer Silhouettes Adult Program offers swimmers ages 18 and over the opportunity to learn artistic swimming skills, improve technique, stay active, and create an artistic swimming routine. This program runs once a week on Saturday's for a 2 hour practice. Athletes have the option of swimming recreationally, or competitivly. Competitive Athletes can compete in Alberta Artistic Swimming Masters competition in April, and/or Masters Nationals in May.

Date: Saturday's September 13th, 2025- May 29th, 2026
No Class on (Dec 27, Jan 3, 24, Feb 21, Apr 18,) December Days switch due to Recreation shut down.
Alternate days will be given in April to accomodate the interuption.
Time: 8:00-10:00am
Competitive Cost: $100/m and a one-time fee on Alberta Artistics Swimming RAMP Reg fee (one-time fee per season)
Competitive Athletes will have additional costs added on for Routine fee's.
Recreation Cost: $70/m and a one-time fee on Alberta Artistics Swimming RAMP Reg fee (one-time fee per season)
Members Must Register Twice! once with us and Once with AAS/CAS
