The Red Deer Silhouettes are now offering AquaGO! This is a recreational program for artistic swimming used throughout Canada. It is an opportunity for children as young as age 5 to have fun, develop aquatic literacy, learn the basics of artistic swimming and develop basic physical and athletic skills in and out of the water.
 
  • Introduce new ways to move in and out of water
  • Develop physical and aquatic literacy
  • For all abilities, skill levels and participants
  • Develop teamwork skills
  • Ideal for boys and girls age 5 – 9 (Kindergarten and up) 
  • No previous experience needed!

 

 

Members Must Register Twice!!
Please follow this link (CAS/AAS Link) to also register your athlete with Alberta Artistic Swimming, After Registering for AquaGo Program. This registration is for insurance purposes, and to sign all the necessary forms for the season. Athletes must be registered with AAS before they will be permitted on deck.

AquaGO! Level 1 & 2
1 hour, once a week for 12 week session

Fall:
September 13- November 29th 
2 sessions offered
Saturday at 10:00-11:00am or 11:00-12:00am 
        
AquaGo Level 1-2    Cost: $180  and a one time recreational athlete registration fee for 2025-2026 season with Alberta/Canada Artistic Swimming.
 
 
Winter/Spring: 
January 10-March 28,    No Class on Jan 24th & Feb 21st
2 sessions offered
Saturday at 10:00-11:00am or 11:00-12:00am
 
 
In order to participate in the AquaGo  Level 1/2 Class, your child must be aged 5+. No swim Experience needed! 
 

AquaGO! Level 3 & 4

1.5 hours, once a week for 12 week session

Fall: 
September  13th-November 29th 
2 sessions offered
Saturdays at 9:00-10:30am or 10:30-12:00pm 

AquaGO Level 3-4 Cost: $230 and a one time recreational athlete registration fee for 2025-2026 season with Alberta/Canada Artistic Swimming

Saturdays at 9:00-10:30am or 10:30-12:00pm 


In order to participate in the AquaGo Level 3/4 Class, your child must have passed  AquaGo 1 & 2 or be aged 7+, comfortable in deep water, able to submerge while holding their breath, able to swim one width length (15m) continuously unassisted (Red Cross Swim Level 3 ).
 
 

 

Pre-Competitive 
(AquaGO! Level 5 & 6)

 



The pre-competitive recreational program is open to both boys and girls in grade 1 and up (Aged 7+). In this program, athletes learn the fundamentals of the sport. 

In order to participate in the pre-competitive recreational program, your child must have passed AquaGo 3 & 4 or be ages 8+, comfortable in deep water, able to submerge while holding their breath, able to swim one length (25m) continuously unassisted (Red Cross Swim Level 4).

Pre-Competitive AquaGO! Level 5 & 6

3 hours: Two, 1.5 hour classes a week for 12 week session

Fall:

September 13th-November 29th
Wednesdays 4:00-5:30pm & Saturdays 10:30-12:00pm, 
(No Practice Sep 30th & Nov 11th)

 
Pre-Comp Cost: $365 and a one time recreational athlete registration fee for 2025-2026 season with Alberta/Canada Artistic Swimming
