----a few notes and meet info---- The rescheduled just-for-fun meet will be this Thursday afternoon at the Kroc center. A little untimelimely lightning last week caused us to postpone. This is for all AG, all novice, and all summer swimmers. Thursday night during practice time (except you'll need to be there 15 minutes earlier than normal). This week is the week of the local age-group championships at BBMAC pool in Coronado, which triggers a couple of workout exceptions. So I'll start with those..... The SI Long Course Championships (JO's) begin on Thursday afternoon and run through Sunday. The meet is at the BBMAC pool in Coronado. The Summer League meet tenatively scheduled for this Friday has been rescheduled and will be an "all available CAST swimmers" intersquad meet next Thursday afternoon. Basically all CAST swimmers who are not competing in JO's (the SI Long Course Age Group Championship meet (now you know why I still call it JO's)) on the night of 7-25, will have a Just-for-fun intersquad meet. 4:30 - 6:30 PM on that night.
