CLASS LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS
ADULT LEARN TO SWIM: LEVEL 1:
This entry-level course is designed for adults with little to no swimming experience. Participants will learn essential water safety skills, putting face in the water, front and back float, sculling, front and back glide, stand up recovery, flutter kick and pushing off the wall.
PREREQUISITES: No prior swimming experience required
DURATION: 30 minute class-4 week series
INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:3
FEE: $30 Per 30 minute lesson
ADULT LEARN TO SWIM: LEVEL 2: STROKE DEVELOPMENT
Designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water but want to learn correcct freestyle technique with proper stroke mechanics, rhythmic breathing, and efficient freetyle movement.
PREREQUISITES: Master Learn to Swim: Level 1 skills
DURATION: 45 minute class-4 week series
INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:4
FEE: $45 per 45 min lesson
ADULT LEARN TO SWIM: LEVEL 3: PERFORMANCE
This advanced-level course is tailored for adults looking to refine their technique, increase stamina, and overall swimming performance. Emphasis is placed on freestyle stroke refinement, pace control, flip turns. This class is desinged to prepare swimmers for lap swimming, triathlons, masters swim program or other fitness goals.
PRERREQUISITES: Ability to swim 50yards freestyle independently
DURATION: 45 minute class-4 week series
