Brentwood Indoor Sports Complex
 
Excel's Masters program has practice times at the Brentwood Indoor Sports Complex.  In general, the practices are anywhere from 2500-3500 yards, with variations up or down depending on the athlete's skill level and the type of workout.  You do not have to know all four of the competitive strokes, but should be proficient in Freestyle enough to accomplish most of the practice.

To register for Masters please visit the Masters registration system. When you register your card/account will be charged monthly for $40 thereafter until you notify Excel otherwise.  Please note, the registration page shows a $0 fee because we do NOT charge a separate registration fee, only the $40 monthly fee.

Our practices are designed for all skill levels. We offer different levels to accommodate everyone's ability level during each practice.  The full practice schedule is below.

Winter Practice Schedule
Monday - 5:15 - 6:30 AM
Tuesday - 5:15 - 6:30 AM
Wednesday - 5:15 - 6:30 AM
Thursday - 5:15 - 6:30 AM 
Friday - 5:15 - 6:30 AM
